Dale Nieli MSW, C-IAYT, ChT, PNE Dale’s integrative approach to healing helps people achieve energetic renewal, neurological restoration, and peace of mind and body. She has spent decades studying and practicing a wide range of healing modalities so she can personalize sessions and offer the right tools to create lasting change. With humor, authentic presence, and a focus on personal empowerment, Dale’s work focuses on Nervous System regulation as an integral tool for creating resiliency. By helping clients develop an internal sense of safety, Dale helps her clients process trauma to create new emotional and physical patterns. As we regulate the Nervous System, we reawaken to how powerful we truly are.
Some of the interconnected techniques she uses include the therapeutic application of yoga, trauma release work, somatic experiencing, vagus nerve regulation, psychoneuroenergetics, sound healing, mindfulness meditation, pressure points, energy work, cognitive based therapy, and intuitive healing. Dale is also skilled at facilitation with people at all stages of recovery, from those who are beginning their own path to those deepening their long-term sobriety.
Drawing upon her diverse experience, Dale's distinctive approach to body-mind practices guides clients through the process of breaking past resistances and moving into a new way of being. These integrative practices allow people to process grief, release old conditioning, let go of unhealthy ways of relating, and remove the limiting beliefs that are holding them back. Dale gives her clients tools so they can experience greater vitality, resilience, freedom, and authenticity.
Dale’s extensive and varied background shapes her belief that there are many modalities and ways in which people can heal. She has led trauma-informed healing groups in treatment centers and therapeutic facilities, ran yoga and meditation retreats in Cabo San Lucas Mexico, and trained at a psychiatric emergency facility in New York City.
